For those who would like to follow more closely ultra marathon runner Pat Farmer, they can always follow him on Twitter ; he writes two or three lines almost every day. But the communication is always short.

Here is a small recap of the last messages Par Farmer has written on Twitter :

5 Oct : Finished today in San Pedro after 90.4 km's of running. Quickly getting through Colombia.

4 Oct : 90 km's today done and dusted, even got to enjoy a sneaky Club Colombia

3 Oct : So I decided to chill out and take in the view on my Sunday, still 80.1kms done for the day & met some great people!

2 Oct : 87.4 km's today. A big thanks got out to Miller, Lina and Andres for your help today!

1 Oct : 80 km's today to finish just outside of Medellin.

30 Sept : 80 km yesterday with a late finish to end up near Giraldo.

29 Sept : Finished just after Dabeiba Antoquia today once my 85 km's was complete.

28 Sept : 90.2 km's yesterday and trying to claw back some more time today

26 Sept : Everyone get excited, Pat should be arriving in Puerto Obaldia anytime now. Darien rainforest.....CHECK!

23 Sept : Pat & P2P crew member Juan have entered the Darien today! 

21 Sep : 70 km's and but has been very hectic organising our gear for the Darien.

20 Sep : 70 km's and a great day with the kids!
19 Sept : Big thanks to Cruz Roja Panamena for your support and the great t-shirts!
