The catamaran Ti Babouche and her crew is not yet on the great move. They have to stop first at Point Barrow to change their satphone.

First, Sébastien and Rodolphe had to sail on a small river to join the big ocean. It was not an easy sailing because the Sag river was wide and worst than a labyrinthe -this on a 30 miles distance. They even lost their way ; thanks to their support team, they realized they were not on the right waters. So both men had to change their route, pull the boat on 1 km of stones and toundra to join the right river arm and negociate a strong head wind for the last 25 kilometers remaining.

Two days ago, Ti Baouche was sailing towards Point Barrow for a technical stopover ; for the present time, their progression is quite slow because the surface if the ice is quite chaotic and does not allow the catamran to go fast.

On 8 July,  they woke up with polars bears around the boat !!!
