Richard Parks has begun his trek Hercules Inlet - South Pole on 18 December. The climbing out of Hercules Inlet was rather tough, according to Richard's blog.

Let's recall first that Richard Parks is the creator of the 737 Challenge and the first person to climb the highest mountain on each of the world's 7 continents and stand on all 3 poles within 7 months.

On 25 December, he had already a week of progression under his belt.

Discover all the details on Richard's progression on his official website even the weight of his poos !
